This question was raised by a FSM 6 IFS managed customer via a Support Ticket. Last week an operational user triggered multiple mass updates that resulted in the mobile message queue climbing to 4M messages. They have requested a rolling restart and believed that this queue would stopped. As of today it looks like these messages are queued again.They have a single user that has 7K of tasks assigned to him and they need to kill that queue as these work orders were pushed in error. If we try and cancel these WO we will add tasks to the already backlogged queue. Is there a safe way to cancel these WOs? Thanks. Best regards,/Thilina
