National Insurance contributions (NICs) ratesThe government has announced a cut to the main rate of Class 1 employee NICs from 12% to 10% from 6 January 2024 Will there be IFS guidance as per the last mid year change in November 2022? Any reason we shouldn’t just adapt the guidance issued then with new dates and rates? Asking for a friend :)
IFSAPPS 8We wish to re-align our holiday year with our new parent company. We are currently Jan-December and we want to transition to April-March.Our initial thought was to make next holiday “year” 15 months long, and pro-rata the holiday limits accordingly, and then subsequent years can be 12 months starting 1 April 2023However, although the absence calendar will allow any start date, it will not permit a “year” to be anything other than 12 months long. (Error)Trying to allocate a limit to an individual for a period that is longer than a year also errors.Has anyone ever moved their holiday year? If so, how did you configure IFS to transition? Thanks in anticipation
