These issues happen when users try to use the new mobile version that was deployed on their mobile device. The mobile changes are made in Designer, published, and deployed to the mobile server. There are no errors or issues we see with the publishing or deployment to the server. However, when those revision updates being sent to devices from server, below problems occurs. All issues below need to be fixed by reinstalling the app from scratch. 1. When the user finishes initializing, sometimes their FSM does not display any jobs, customers, their name, or the pm list. Reinstalling fixes the issue. 2. Sometimes when the user initializes, their FSM password that worked the day prior now mysteriously stops working. Only after reinstalling the app does the password start working again as intended. Approximately 10% of users are affected. This sync issue has different variations. These are random issues. Random users are being affected. Customer only uses Samsung Active 3 tabs. Sometimes the tablet displays a red dot on the sync screen, meaning it's been disconnected from the server. Relogging and reinitialization does not resolve the issue, the only way to fix the issue is to reinstall the app from scratch. Other times, the sync screen will display no activity, the tablet will not sync at all. To fix this issue, Users can re initialize. Restart the tablets. Re login fixes the issue sometimes. This questions were raised by a customer. Could anyone provide answers or solutions for the below questions ? Currently customer is using FSM 6u16, and is planning to upgrade to FSM6u19 (latest as of now) by end of August and FSM6u19 supports "Any device running iOS 11 through iOS 15 (including iPadOS) is supported." 1) As you know apple will release iOS 16 in September, And I see FSM6u21 will be release in October, assume this FSM will support iOS 16?2) If we are in FSM6u19 and our iOS devices get updated to iOS16 (since we cannot control the update on our tech mobiles) will FSM iOS app will work (certain features/or will crash) ? 3) Will we get a hotfix iOS app for FSM6u19 to support iOS 16?
