I am in the process of creating a design for a customer using FSM6 update 25. I need to add a new custom screen but when trying to add the screen, the drop down list for the “Screen Type” field is missing the “Standard” option. All others however exist. The message_id ‘Standard’ (message_type=CODE) exists in the metrix_message_def table. Also, the table metrix_code_table does include the row code_name=’MM_SCREEN_TYPE”, code_value = ‘STANDARD’ and active=’Y’.Any ideas what is missing?
Hi All,On a custom screen (Type: Standard ) with a Linked Screen configured. You get a ‘List’ button, on the bottom of the screen. However, the baseline screens of the FSM mobile app have a count included (e.g. List (2)). Which is missing on a custom screen (see image). Does someone knowns how to add the count?
Hi experts,Is there a way to see the mobile client version change history? I need to see when this version was changed from 6.22.8361 to 6.22.8362. Cheers,Buddhima
I am attempting to sync a custom table with FSM Mobile, when using the database query option in IFS mobile (6u23) the result returns an error. I am confused as to why when analyzing the sync rule I am able to return values however not actually view them within mobile. From the below is it possible to identify determine the source of the issue or is this better suited to a ticket? Thanks! Sync Rule: <hierarchy_select return_only_requested_attrs="true" max_rows="1000"> <primary_table>TFI_WORK_NOTES_VIEW</primary_table> <from> <table>TFI_WORK_NOTES_VIEW</table> </from> <attrs> <attr>TFI_WORK_NOTES_VIEW.*</attr> </attrs> <where> <join_constraint> </join_constraint> <data_constraint> </data_constraint> </where></hierarchy_select>Custom Metadata: Log output:02/27/23 10:39:44 AM|ERROR|com.metrix.architecture.utilities.MetrixActivityHelper:createActivityIntent|ma
Hi All, Struggeling with the following. I have a custom view and created sync rules. It all works fine, until the sync rule can't find a record in the database. The issue is here that when no record is found in the database, the sync rule won't create a record in the mm_message_out table, which says "this table is empty”. The result is that old data isn't removed in mobile, because no "delete” or "null” message is send. Is there a way to 'clean up’ the mobile database somehow?
