I’m afraid there is no “convert back to baseline” mechanism available out-of-the-box. I think it’s best if you raise a ticket with our Cloud Team and describe your request as you did here. They will come back to you with the possible options. Best regards Roman Thank you for sharing the info, it helps.
Hi Vineeth, by “Cloud” you mean IFS Managed Cloud, correct? It’s not that straight-forward as you may think. While you can request a database backup to be saved on your Azure Storage, you can’t simply revert the database back to baseline state. It would be easier to request a fresh DB setup and connect that to your existing FSM DEV environment. However, such an service doesn’t exist and it would be handled as a environment decomission. The alternative is to request an additional environment but this will apply extra costs. Aren’t you able to use one of your other environments for such purpose? Best regards Roman Our environments are customized environments and training is not possible on these environments as our training requires a baseline environment, so that's the reason we are looking to convert our Dev environment to a baseline environment temporarily and once the training is completed we are thinking to revert back to its original state using the database back up. Is this appro
Hey @vineeth First, I think you should use a comma separated list Secondly, try using ‘*’ instead of ‘%’ if it is not working for you. I wold suggest trying first with one value (e.g. just AR_BS%) before trying using a list of values. Cheers! Hi @Shneor Cheshin , The comma separated list worked, Thank you.

Hey @vineeth There are many ways to achieve your requirements. One way is to create a view create view c_my_viewasselect col1,col2,colN....from taskwhere completion date = today With a daily schedule process go over that list and trigger a notification BR to be sent. Messages will be sent according to your configurations. Cheers! Hi Shneor,Thank you for responding to my query.I tried similar thing, as i need to send only total tasks completed this week i created view as below.create view ar_task_completed_this_weekasselect count(te.task_id) as total from task_event tejoin task ton t.task_id = te.task_id where t.task_template_id = 'ar_ps_si' and te.event_type = 'completed' and te.event_dttm <= getdate() and te.event_dttm >= (getdate() - 7) Now, how do i trigger a notification business rule using a scheduled process and pass this ‘Total’ value to Notification Message body ?can you help on this ?
