@harry0r Happy to hear that, we are hoping to test the new app again spring time next year. We tested it before implementing the system but quickly concluded to that it had to many problems still when it was that new. But nice to hear that it´s some positive aspects to switching to it :)
@harry0r We are experiencing the exact same problem. We started using IFS and Scan It a couple of years ago and are using two different hand held devices, Nautiz X6 and Nautiz X2. On the X2 we encountered this problem that your video shows but not with the X6.Since then we have bought more devices of the X2 model and now some of them do not have this problem and some of them do depending on when they are manufactured. So the only conclusion that we have made is that somehow the hardware in the devices creates these differences since everything in the software are the same.
