Thanks for the quick reply @ChanakaAmarasekara !I was able to narrow down the error. In the CWS code "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\IFSCRWebSetup\App_Code\Service.cs” on line 88 there is a check that the parameter is a valid number. In our system, IFS sends the result_key to CWS as a floating number, not as an integer, and the problem is that the decimal separator is a period, not a comma.
