Internally APB uses the same login mechanism used by the IFS Enterprise Explorer. If you enable any login options using ‘Ifs.Fnd.Explorer.appsettings’ file it will affect the APB login dialog as well. Technically if user selects “use single sign-on” option in IFS EE startup dialog then same setting will be used by the APB.However if you are using aurena client above approaches will not work. To get same support in Aurena client, do following. This is applicable only for APP10 SU12 and later.Use Aurena client to open APB. While downloading APB client from sever, keep press Shift key. Once clickonce download is completed, above dialog will appear. You can select an option and continue. This setting will be saved to users local setting and will be re-used from next session onward. If you want to change the setting, follow the same steps as step 1.
Hi @12gYashoP ,Due to the technical limitations in CBS solution (hard to support IFS cloud deploy architecture and more), IFS dropped the support for CBS server solution in IFS cloud versions. All customers were advised to use advanced planning board and upgrade will automatically convert CBS server sites to APB enabled site. For further information on restrictions and limitations on CBS and APBplease refer 21R1 release notes for Manufacturing product. Regards,Hasith
