Hi, Thank you and thank you for your quick reply. Our current version of Oracle is 12.2.0.1.0 64 bit. We do have a case open with IFS but so far, nothing fruitful. Note that we've now been experiencing this issue for over 2 month and at this point, 'm hoping someone else has also experienced this issue and got it resolved or maybe has a lead.
