Its enabled. For more context, on my administrator local account I can hit the preview button but with administrator privilege's on my AD account I cannot. - Same machine.
Not resolved, I accidentally clicked resolved on the mobile website thinking it meant “liked” oops. is there a way to reopen the ticket? or do i need to recreate it?
