The ‘Customer statement of Account’ lists the customer's situation as of selected end date. i.e. as of today, end of last month, end of last year, etc. Similar to the Customer Open Item Report and it is not transactions but the ‘open items’ that appear in these reports . So there is no period range selection when ordering these reports. If you want to list the ‘transactions’ during a selected period range then you can use the 'Customer Transaction Report' instead. Hope I understood your question correctly.
Hi Daniel,Please find enclosed ‘IFS Credit Card Interface – User Guide’ which is a updated version for IFSAPP9. I assume it is almost the same for IFSAPP10 when it comes to the basic setup.The functionality is tied with Customer Orders.Best regards,Jude
