Hello,

My company is starting a project to upgrade to IFS Cloud and one of our goals is to implement resource planning for both work orders and projects.  When I say resource planning, I am referring specifically to employee allocations and schedules.  How to see what people have on their schedules, over allocations, under allocations, etc.

Is there existing webinar content that covers an overview of how this functionality works natively in IFS?

@Mark.Feldpausch normally this is covered in IFS Academy courses. IFS Projects and IFS Service courses will  both dive into the Resource Management topic.

I’m not aware of any Resource Management exclusive webinar. You may wanna try and search in the Overviews and Demos page.

None of the recommended videos really answer the question and at the end of the day, I think IFS fundamentally doesn’t really do or allow for resource planning for work orders and projects at the same time.
