We are using Cloud 23.1.8
Does anyone know how to enable the Time Type field for this time report page? The Maint Org and Resource group are linked to the Time Type. It works when the time is reported through the Work Task page, but not following this navigation starting with the Technician Portals.

Can you share a screenshot of a time type that you’d expect to show up? Does it have the same site as your work task?
I have included additional screenshots of the same work task showing different navigation paths.
Here is a navigation for the same task that does show the time type LOV
This is another navigation example on the same work task that allows time to be entered but the Time Type LOV isn’t fetched and displayed.
When we navigate by clicking Quick Time, the Time Type LOV is visible.

Just tested this on 24.1.4. As soon as I associate a Time Type with my tech’s resource group…
...it immediately becomes available in Tech Portal:
Issue could be related to your data or lack of access to the projection. Try granting the user access to TechPortalTimeHandling. Since I tested on 24R1, it could also be a bug that was fixed in the meantime.
