In Apps 9, you can return a part serial to inventory with a new configuration ID. In Cloud, you can select a different configuration ID for a part serial listed on the work task Returns tab. But upon saving, the configuration ID is changed back to what it currently is.Is there a way to return the part serial to inventory from a work task Returns tab with a new configuration ID? In the following example, the part serial currently has a configuration ID of 2281. Is there a way to change the configuration ID to 2280 and then return it to inventory with the new configuraiton ID?

In Apps 9, you can return a part serial to inventory with a new configuration ID.
