I need some information about backup and restore procedures, hope you can fill me in with the most precise answers.
- Are data backup automatically scheduled on every environment you create ?
- If so, what is the recurrency and start time ?
- How can I ask for one-time backup before applying modifications to my environments ? Is there a specific request form I should use ?
- If users report loss of data, how can I ask for data restore ? Is there a specific request form I should use ?
