dear all,

how can i find user login history logs in ifs10?

is there any table in ifs10?

Hi @sevo

yes, it is available. You need to activate these.

Which logs do you need?

I should deactivate the accounts of users who do not actively use the ERP system, therefore, keeping a history record for specific screens or fields won't suffice. Instead, I want to see the log histories of users who record entries in the database.

Hi @sevo

do you have access to PL/SQL?

Maybe you can check this topic:

user connexion date in IFS | IFS Community

@sevo I think to answer this question, it is required to know the user authentication mechanism that you are using. If @Link suggestion doesnt work try adding info on that.

hi, the user login history is not present in the tables and views you mentioned, and I have no idea on what basis the history records are taken.

Hi @sevo

if you activate the history logs you will only see the current changes. Therefore I don’t know if it is a solution for you. I am I right?

Hi Sevo

We setup up this in the History Log in IFS Apps 10.

Best Regards,
André

Dear Andjor,

thank you for support.

I have one more question, I set up the log records just like you, but I couldn't find the field in the screenshot below. Is this important? I think we are using different versions of IFS10, our version is IFS10.14.

Hi @sevo

it doesn’t matter maybe you need to make the components visible.

Click with rmb on “History Log Administrator”:

We created a mod to capture logins in A9. We didn’t uplift this to Cloud when we migrated to 23R1. Would be interested in non-mod solution if anyone has a suggestion.
