I want to know what is pegging and how can I use it?
Also, how is it used in CO, SO and PO.

What is pegging?

It is at its very basic form a method of connecting some sort of supply to a particular demand. Once connected, that supply is reserved for use with that particular demand. There is a lot more to it depending on which type of supply is connected to which type of demand.
