We are unable to login to the IFS APP 10 Environment due and 500 error. However, the SSO users are able to login without an issue.

Furthermore, when we login to Admin Console and Application Monitoring Console none of the data is populating.

 

 

 

 

Application is online.

 

we had the same issue a couple of weeks ago…..Try activating your 2 data sources.

Seems more like issue with database or data source connectivity.

Can you check the database is up and running?
secondly, restart the whole application services once, this will reinitiate all the data sources connections with manage servers and deployments.

The Oracle servers have time drift. (VKTM). When this happens, they can’t authenticate current user with the DB. Of course, SSO users can be authenticated .. and for them is fine. Open a ticket with IFS, they’ll restart the system and the time will sync. Happens every 3 months here.
