Hello,

I am trying to remove site/extended site info. I am getting error that its used in object “Organization”

The Site "*****" is used by 1 rows in another object (Organization).

I see entity organization but not dediacted page for Organization.

Maintanance organization and Service organization are already set to new site. I dont know where to look of Organization entity - where its used in standard pages.

I have full rights to the system.

I appreciate any help

Hi Silencio,

did you tried the Company - Site mask?

There is a table called COMPANY_SITE_TAB.
Can you “lookup” data directly in ORACLE?
I assume that there is still a record (connecting the CONTRACT (=SITE_ID) to the COMPANY)

Good luck.

Michael

Hi @Silencio

I had the same issue on IFS APP 10.

This should solve your problem: System doesn't allow to delete a newly created site | IFS Community

I think this is not problem of site per users, i delete them earlier, error reffers to company (organization)

I think this is the right problem, but I have full access to IFS clound, but i dont have access to Oracle DB. Is it posible from IFS cloud to delete record of site connected  to company? I think in this moment i have company connected to two sites.

Unfortunately, I cannot remove that company and start again since its configured on many places now.

Hi all,

We experienced the same message (“The Site "*****" is used by 1 rows in another object (Organization)”), and this related to some Maintenance Basic Data (namely a Maintenance Org which existed against that Site).

Deleting the Maint Org and then removing the Site record worked.

Thanks,
Chris
