Hi @ConStephM

Hi there!

The difference between Position and Job is that:

  • A Job is a general role within the company, like "Accountant" or "Sales Representative," which describes the type of work or responsibilities.
  • A Position is more specific and refers to an individual slot or post within the company, like "Senior Accountant in Finance Department" or "Sales Rep for Region A." It's tied to a specific person and location.

For more detailed info, you can usually check your company’s HR policy.
