Is it possible to add line breaks in Aurena?
I have a case where both the client and database shows the line breaks, but when having a look in Aurena, it appears as 1 long sentence.

At what release level are you finding this behavior? A coworker of mine recently found a similar behavior in the Comments field of custom reports. We reported this issue to IFS R&D at that time. R&D responded that the problem had been resolved in 23R1, fyi.
