@janetctc you need to identify to which Project Activity the Material Demand has been linked to. It seems that the Project Activity is not Released. You need to Release project activities in order for the system to allow material transactions. 

@janetctc The provided information suggests that the Project activity is not Released. Try releasing the activity.

1. If you dont see the project then probably the Project Access is on, in that case you need to login as IFSAPP user then find the project and change the Project Manager (I assume the left engineer is the PM otherwise you can check with the PM)
2. If you can see the project activity then you can release the activity given that you have required permission

In both cases I hope the project is in Approved status.

Hi guys unable to see the sub project/activity so unable to add those to release any ideas on how i could do this?  This project is almost closed so is approved so need this gone asap unable to unreserve either in inventory part in stock as the activity sequence is not there  

@janetctc If you cannot see this activity, probably the Project Access is in use (this is what I understand with provided info). Check my point #1. If this does not help a comprehensive investigation might be needed.
