We’re currently experiencing an issue with one user that keeps having the Count Results and Count Results Per Inventory Part screens get stuck loading. When this happens, we’re able to temporarily fix it by having the user completely close out of IFS and then delete the personal profile branch (User Profiles → Find User → Windows → Features → Delete tbwCoutingResultQuery (Count Results) or frmApproveInventoryPart (Count Per Inventory Part)).
Unfortunately, this is only a temporary solution and needs to be done almost every time that the user accesses the screens. We do have other users that access these screens, but they do not experience the same issue. Does anyone have any ideas on a permanent solution?
