Where are the PDF files created for Print Manager? What server is creating the PDF that get printed? We have reports that are “Waiting” in Print manager and don’t process. Is the issue with the “Middleware” server or Print Agent server that runs Crystal web services? Are PDFs physically created before they print? We continue to have interruptions in printing and I am trying to figure out where it is failing. I try “Restarting” the jobs but nothing happens. Could Antivirus/Microsoft Defender cause an them not to print?
Jobs stop once or twice a week at different times and the only way to get the jobs printing is to restart the print server.
We are on APPS10 UPD11 IEE.
Can someone help?
