Reading in IFS Help about order types, I came across this:  “A default order type defined per site-customer combination has the highest priority, default order type on site has the next priority and default order type on customer has the least priority. “

Can someone tell me what a “site-customer combination” is?

I know how to set defaults by customer and by site, but not “customer-site” combined.

The statement "Order type can be entered per site-customer combination, per site or per customer. A default order type defined per site-customer combination has the highest priority, default order type on site has the next priority and default order type on customer has the least priority", leads to a slight confusion, from where a combination of order types could be defined.

Per R&D, “As per the help tool tip, we are referring to the table under:

Site>sales and procurement >Message defaults> Customer tab.

Since it is defined for a particular customer in a particular site, we have named it as per site-customer combination (as it is applicable for a combination of a site and a customer).
