The business requeirment is to enable additional sales of service attached to the sales of the product.
For inventory parts, complementary part can be used to suggest relevant parts to be sold together with the main product.

How can I solve the issue to suggest service contract / service/ extended warrany etc. as suggested parts when quote/sell the main product?

Is there a reson why non-inventory sales part cannot be defined as complementary part?
What risk can we face if we remove the code via a modification, that controlls that a complementary part is added as complementary part?
