"Recalculate Price/Currency" missing from sales quotation line

I am not able to run the "Recalculate Price/Currency" on a Sales Quotation Line in Aurena (APPS 10 Update 10) or IFS Cloud. This option is available in IE, but I can't find it in Aurena when looking at the same Sales Quotation. I also checked the other options under the vertical 3 dots.

    I have checked in the latest version as well.

    It is not available.

    I think this can be reported to RnD for their consideration.
