Permission Error When Creating Customer of Type Customer

Hello 

We are using Aurena Apps 10.

When some members of the team (but not all) try to create a fully-fledged Customer from a Lead or a Prospect, there’s an error stating they don’t have permissoin to do so.

We have checked permissions and can’t see anything wrong - does anyone know why this error is appearing?

Hi,

I know this was a while ago but we have the same issue. I know the permission is an EE permission I need to add but I can’t find it.

 

Can you remember what you added?
