Hello IFS Community,
We are an IFS customer using Apps 10. We use CRM on a limited basis and we haven’t done much of anything with Aurena yet. We are evaluating our CRM needs to determine if IFS CRM can do what we need or if we need to look at Salesforce and then integrate with IFS ERP.
As part of that evaluation, we would like to talk to an IFS customer who uses IFS CRM in Aurena. The more extensive the use of CRM and the more extensive the use of Aurena the better. Use of the Outlook integration offered by IFS would also be great to see.
We would like to understand what that customer’s use cases for CRM are, how Aurena has helped, and the implementation effort required.
