Hello All,
I am currently having issues with Automatic Approval of incoming customer orders in IFS Cloud.
I have the customer set to Auto approve,
I also have the site settings set along with additional message defaults for the customer,
Approval user set can manually approve the incoming orders in the system.
Any help would be appreciated,

has the user for automatic approval also setup a Standard Coordinator in the mask Sites per User? If I remember right this is needed to create the CO out of the ICO.

Apologies all. There was a piece of customisation that was causing problems. Turning this customisation all enabled the standard flow to work successful.
