Could you please let me know the steps for setting up the IFS CRM Panel to outlook (Are there any parameters to be aware in both outlooks and IFS application , such as sychronization etc.)
Further, when it comes to customers who are enabled for SSO, are there any seperate set of parameters to be changed ?

Please read the technical documentation. In the installation guide you have all information about how to set up the CRM panel and the outlook calendar sync (RMPANL). You can also find some more information about SSO in this question:
