How to stop customer order modification after "Released" state?

Hi,

I want to fridge a customer order after "Released" state. Is it possible ?

please suggest me.

Hi Saiful,

If you just want to block the order for the timebeing such as to prevent it from being reserved, picked, delivered and invoiced, you can RMB on the customer order header and click on “Manually Block Order”. Then the order status will change to “Blocked” and you will not be able to do any which is mentioned earlier. Then when you need to proceed it again, you can RMB on the header and click on “Bloked Info” and then do the ‘Release Blocked Order” step and get it to the released state again. However you can still make changes to the quantity.

If you want to restrict user from making any change the customer order after released order, you can create a custom event with this logic.
