Is there any option to hide the BO record, or hide the name of the customer and Description to keep the record confidential?

Ex: We have CRM Group ABC. In this group we have:


Rep 1
Rep 2
Rep 3
Rep 4
Rep 5


When Rep 1 creates opportunity everybody in ABC Group can see this opportunity.

Is there any option to hide this opportunity as this is confidential? Only Rep 1 + CEO/Line Manager should be able to find this opportunity in the system. I tried to set it up using CRM Access IFS Online Documentation, but something may be missing.

  1. The users that should have access need to be excluded in the Admin users of that specific CRM access filters
  2. In order show the BO to CEO/ Line manger please add them as Admin users in the "CRM access filter"
  3. CRM access filter "Business_Opportunity" status need to On
  4. If all the users need to restrict each other created BO, please disable "Access Shared" so that it will remove each member created BO visibility
