We have History Log turned on within History Log Configuration. for Enterprise > CustomerInfoAddressType for Insert, Update and Delete.  

Recently, we talked to a user who had deleted an address.  Where do we locate the deleted records if we are keeping the details for 270 days?

Search History Log view - you will need full IT rights typically to see the results.

Component = ENTERP

Table Name = CustomerInfoAddressType

 

Unfortunately though what you need to recover the address details is not the table CustomerInfoAddressType but CustomerInfoAddress  Info type is Document, Delivery, Visit and which is the Default only.

OK, then you should be in good shape with the criteria

Keys = %102511%  Âsearch for the customer ID with the problem and it will lead you to the User]
