ORA-20110: SALESMAN_NOTNULL.salesman group cannot be blank

 @ishtiaq From the information you have provided, it seems like some data (Salesman Group) is missing. Hope you get the error when converting a business lead to a customer.

Can you please add more details/ screen captures to this question? Also check the custom events in this area.
