I was wondering if anybody has had any experience in integrating a customer loyalty program with IFS? This would be analogous to something like a Starbucks loyalty points program. Which third party companies have had experience in integrating with IFS?
Hi! Thank you for your request and sorry about not picking it up earlier. There are many customer loyalty solutions on the market that can achieve what you are looking for. The question is how you can get the system of your choice integrated with your version of IFS Applications. Obviously integrating these web-based systems has become much easier with the REST APIs in Apps 10.
