Any idea what this means and how we can use “/” for searching?

This should be an option from edge browser and not related to CRM Panel. (CRM Panel runs top of edge browser engine in Outlook desktop)

Probably you can disable this feature by trying following steps.

 

Disabling the Autofill in Edge.

  1. Open Microsoft Edge

  2. Click on the three dots (…) from the right top corner.

  3. Select Settings from the drop down and click on Privacy, search, and services from the left pane.

  4. Now click on Choose what to clear every time you close the browser.

  5. Toggle the switch to On for Autofill form data.

  6. Relaunch CRM Panel and check.
