It is  possible to add custom fields in the CRM panel Outlook ?

No, unfortunately we do not support custom fields in the CRM-panel. We are aware of the requirement and will investigate it for a future release but we still don’t know when it can be done.

We’d also like to support this feature as adding custom fields to CRM panel would make it more usable.
