We were working through using CRM Panel and identified that when a contact is in the database multiple times, you can see that person tied to multiple customers (we have not tested what happens if contact is in as person twice). Since you cannot delete contacts once they have content on them, we use the block contact as a way to remove them from selection in IFS. Is there a way to mitigate this issue in CRM Panel?
