We are on Apps10 Upd10 and are having an issue with user security in regards to restricting access from creating a prospect or a customer through the CRM Outlook Panel. The Create Customer under RMPanelHandling is unchecked as shown below on the permission set assigned to the user but it does not prevent the user from generating a record as a customer or prospect from the panel. Is the not working correctly or is additional security required?

On which tab are you in under permission set window. (please attach the whole screen)
Please also attach a screen with steps how you created a customer from RM Panel?
