We have installed the TAS, we have downloaded the CRM Companion TouchApp. When the user logins for the first time the initilization process hangs. For hours now it won’t move forward. 

The CRM application Touch App entities have a built-in filter to only sync user assigned entities. 

 

Anyone ever seen this error?

Have you set up the redirect URI in the touchapps server as  ifs-app.com.ifsworld.crmcompanion10://app
