Is it possible to add the notes inserted in the business activity when sending an email?

test case:

Open a Business acivity and add a note
select ‘send email’
the system does not recover this note in the email. is it possible using configuration to retrieve this note in the email?

Hi @Lorena ,

Currently it is not possible to include notes when you send an email. Probably you can log an idea in IFS Community and we can check in a future cloud release.
