We are currently running v14.5.  When a material is added to a service order, the priority comes in the same as the priority of the service order.

 

However when the same material is backordered on mobile, the “priority” field is blank by default.  We would like this to pull in the existing value.  Is this standard behavior and/or is there a setting to modify this?  Thanks!

 

Hi Nick, this is currently functioning as designed (we don’t have any settings you can configure this to load it) so I logged a RFE (Request for Enhancement) ticket in our production system for this under US0066155.
