We are looking into utilizing the version field on an installed item.  The information for this field is populated in the Product Center->Replacements->Versions.

 

While we can select this on the installed item, it does not appear to be available on Mobile Customizer so that it can be made visible on Mobile for our Field Service Engineers.  Is there a reason for this or a way that this can be added?

 

Hi Nick,
We don’t have a way to add this field through the Mobile Customizer application at the moment, I will log a RFE (Request for Enhancement) ticket for this in our production system shortly.
