Is it possible to automatically stop the clock in a Customer Support Order when you open a second Customer Support Order in the same browser ?
We often have the situation that a helpdesk agent solving an incident in a customer support order is interrupted by an urgent (emergency) call. Than he opens a second customer support module in the browser to handle that urgent call. If he didn’t manually pauze the clock in the first order, then the time registration in the first order will not be correct.
