Is there a native functionality where a Service Order can have a different Service Level Template applied on Priority + (another data point)?
I know that we can apply different SLA templates based solely on Priority, but I have a situation where the Priority plus if a site is (type a, type b, or type c), my client expects different response times.
Thank you in advance!

HI David,
I am not aware of an option where you can define the SLA based on the priority + type of site directly.
Perhaps you can set the priority on the customer center record for the site (first defining priority for different site types) and then use that in the definition of Object of Service in a customer contract using the Priority defined to drive the SLA specifically for that site. This is not exactly ‘reading’ a site type but maybe would work for you?
From the above which is found in the Customer Contracts.pdf it states you can set the SLA based on the priority & order type.
There might be more elegant ways to handle this and I encourage you to discuss with one of the IFS business consultants but this looks to me somewhat feasible.
Just a thought as perhaps someone else has a better idea?
David
