So a co-worker managed to clone an item on a Direct Transfer. Meaning we have 2 Items with same serial in stock. Is there a way to roll this back?

Hi Bjørn,

By design, Direct Transfers cannot be ‘rolled back’ per se.  You need to do the transfer again to reverse it.  In your case, it looks like you transferred the same item twice but probably only have the one item actually in the warehouse.

I consider this more data corruption at this point and we should work together to see what can be done if you are having a problem with the action that was taken.

Please log a ticket and let’s see what we can do as this is not a normal process that failed for you, etc.

If it is a case where there are a qty of 2 for an item, which should not be possible, then perhaps doing a miscellaneous issue will move the one out of the receiving warehouse.
