This is topic is for customers who have upgraded their Mobile Edge to 15.4 or higher from older versions.
Prior to Edge 15.4, log files for Mobile were captured in the following event logs.
After Edge 15.4, the logs are moved to:
For Mobile logs - Program Files\Alliance Mobile Edge\AsteaMobileEdgeServices\Logs
For transaction failures - check the Alliance profile event log as you would for the backend application.
