I would like to have some information about 3 topics about the service order :
1/indicator : Is_sent_to_mobile
2/ Action : Send to Mobile
3/ Workflow Intervention : Allow Status Change for Orders Dispatched to mobile
1/ For the indicator : Is_sent_to_mobile
what are the conditions to have this indicator at Yes ?
If this status is on Yes, the sub tab “Change status” is not displayed.
I made a request on a environment and I retrieved service orders at different status : 100, 300, 307, 500,600
2/ For this action “Send to mobile” available when the status “exclude to mobile” is not checked :
What is the result ? where we can use this option ? what are the use cases ?
I tried for a service order with an AM assigned and the result was not “to send the service order to the device” .
3/ Settings Allow Status Change for Orders Dispatched to mobile on workflow Intervention
I didn’t find documentation about this setting.
Could you explain what is the goal and conditions to use this flag ?
