Our customer need to have multiple problem codes on a service order, and needs to see that on the service order transaction list view.
But in the list, column shows only one.
Any way to get all selected problem codes in the field, separated for instance by ; ?
Further more, customer is used to export the Service Order list in Excel, and complains only one problem code appears.
Can you propose a solution ?

Only thing in standard I can suggest myself is select the multiple problem codes with the option of populate text enabled in the lookup:
This will populate the description field with the problem code descriptions:
When you save the service order, it will then have a transaction which you can view also containing this information:
As this is now part of the problem description, when you export to an Excel file, it will appear in the problem description but not as a single string in the problem code column
There is no functionality to string the codes together in a concatenation in a single field by themselves. To do this will require a customisation change request as far as I am aware.
